A strict and consistent risk assessment allows Farmanet to focus on critical factors and identify, evaluate and prevent potential breaches.

When hiring representatives and contractors, a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate has been incorporated as an integral part of the retention procedure, giving fundamental importance to the ethical, transparent and legal behavior of the candidate.

Relevant policies and procedures are communicated through internal communication channels and implementation of educational tools.

Farmanet reaffirms its commitment to promoting responsible practices throughout the drug marketing chain in Argentina, carrying out the management of its business relationships in a sustainable and complete manner and following the principles of the law.

Therefore, its shareholders have signed a Declaration of Business Principles with the following objectives:

Farmanet established a Transparent Line, which allows employees, clients, suppliers and other interested parties to report conduct that violates the Code of Conduct or its principles, on a confidential basis.

It works based on procedures designed by our Internal Audit, under the direct supervision of our Ethics Committee.
